Silao Sudh Desi Ghee Khaja is known for its flavour, crispness, and layered appearance, which is attributed to Silao’s local waters and climate. The dessert consists of 12 to 16 very thin sheets of dough stacked on top of each other. Silav Khaja is India’s favourite sweet.
