Return Process

We accept return requests for orders with incorrect items, manufacturing defects or which have been damaged in transit. 

Please contact us at info@bihariitems.com within 8 hours of receiving your order to request a return. 

Kindly note that you need to post pictures/videos of the order issued with your request.

Refund Process

Authorized returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product.
