It is best to iron the fabric while it is slightly damp or to use a pressing/cotton cloth between the iron and the kela silk to protect the surface. Iron on the reverse side of the fabric. Steaming is often safer and more effective than ironing for removing wrinkles. Store kela silk in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.Use padded hangers for clothes.For long-term storage, wrap items in a breathable muslin or cotton cloth or use boxes lined with acid-free tissue paper.
